Leor account and data deletion
Public page for requesting deletion of a Leor account and related data, or requesting deletion of related data without deleting the whole account.
How to request deletion
Send an email to leor.support@gmail.com from the same address that was used in Leor or on the payment website.
If you write from a different address, include the Leor account email in the message and briefly explain the situation.
State clearly whether you want account-and-data deletion or data-only deletion.
What requests are supported
- deletion of the Leor account and related cloud data
- deletion of related cloud data without deleting the account, when that option is what the user wants
What may be deleted on request
- account data and access state linked to the specified email
- related cloud rehearsal data and support context when it is tied to that account
- server-side technical records that are no longer needed to operate the account
What may be retained in a limited form
- payment or accounting records when they are required for reporting, chargeback or dispute handling, or payment-provider obligations
- minimal technical logs when immediate deletion would break security or legal obligations
What users can remove on their own
- the Leor app from the device
- local app data on the device through Android settings or by uninstalling the app
